Surgery Times
Both surgeries are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Early morning pre-booked appointments are available Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 8.00am.
Booked appointments
are available Monday to Friday at both surgeries.
All doctors and nurses
work at both surgeries on a rota system.
The reception staff will be happy
to advise you as to when a particular doctor or nurse is available.
Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious problem such as acute chest pain, severe
bleeding, collapse or prolonged unconsciousness
an ambulance should be
called on 999 IMMEDIATELY.
Out
Of Hours And Weekend Services
The local Out-of-hours service is responsible for covering our patients'
medical needs between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday and all
of Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

hours, please telephone 01322 223361.
DISABLED
ACCESS
There is access at both our surgeries for the disabled via a ramp near the
front entrance.
Disabled parking spaces are available outside the surgery
at New Ash Green.
All patient services are provided at ground floor level.
A disabled patients' WC is provided at our New Ash Green surgery. If access proves
difficult for any of our disabled patients, a member of staff is always available
to assist.
